Curl up on the big comfy couches by the wood fire and   gaze out at the gorgeous views, or enjoy the library of books, dvd’s, and CDs. Reverse cycle air conditioning ensures your comfort all year round.

The two bedrooms are stylish with original artwork, queen sized beds, woollen underlays on the beds and attractive linen.

The bathroom offers a deep cast iron bath to soak in and relax. A short drive away in Hepburn Springs you will find the stunningly rebuilt mineral bath house, a five star complex that has to be experienced.

Outside living consists of three decks, all with stunning views. The adjacent bush is full of wildlife, particularly birds which flock to Bohemia to drink from the handmade birdbaths around the property. Frequent visitors include wallabies, kookaburra's, and echidnas.  The position offers privacy with style. A BBQ allows you to cook outside, and an outdoor setting enables you to watch the sunset over the bush whilst eating your meal, or lounge on the daybed with a gin and tonic!
